Not the most constructive, not the most thought out, but the whole point in this mornings Optimistic Monday is that to get a regular following, or build a community who are interested in what you do, try to be consistent. If, like me you have chosen a “day” in the week to put your videos out there, then by any means, make sure you get that video out there on that day!
For the last couple of weeks, I have been filming “in the week” and have uploaded and posted it up on the Monday morning. I didnt really have the same amount of time to do that this week, but still did the quick video above over breakfast with Little JB this morning.

Fantastic advice – a couple of minutes contact regularly is the thing. (Now I feel guilty because tweeting didn’t enter my head all weekend when I was vegging on the sofa) You’ve managed to be consistent and work whilst coping with a sick child. You’d make someone a good wife!
